22 April 1874 — Madrid | |
Wednesday. 22nd [April 1874]. Nety & Henry went to the Gallery in the morning. I stayed at home. Mme Bauer, OConner, Maffei, Mme Vernouillet called. We went out driving at 4. Nety had a lesson in Spanish songs of Inzenga before lunch. We drove about to show Nety the town & left Henry at the Presidencia to call on the Dss. Beck & Mirecki dined with us & we had a great deal of music as Nety sang & accompanied. | |
