1 July 1874 — Paris | |
Wednesday. 1st July [1874]. Started at 9.30 for London. Was rather sick crossing. We had a new kind of boat with upper deck all covered in. Very stuffy I thought & so I sat outside. We got to London ¾ late. The M & S met us at the station. Monty & Adeline dined at Lang. Hse & was very jolly. Arthur came in the eveng. | |
