Tuesday. 13th [October 1874]. Copied for Henry for the messenger who leaves tonight. Had a painting lesson. There was a thunderstorm. Mrs Berquer & Clarita called. I did not go out. We went to the Opera to see the “Hebrea” in the Dss de la Torre’s box. | |
