Thursday. 12th [November 1874]. We began making the dresses I had brought the Aylton girls from Paris. I sat all day working & the girls who came & worked some time. It became suddenly very cold today & a few flakes of snow fell. Ct Ludolf called & later Mme Greindl. Henry went to the Presidencia but I was not well eno’. | |
