16 February 1875 — Madrid | |
Tuesday. 16th [February 1875]. Painted & had lesson. It was a most lovely day. Had the widows Herraiz & Berquer & Miss Bentley to see me. Rode at 3.15 went to Retiro & were back at 5. Emilia R. who returned from Toledo Friday night came to see me with Mariquilla. In the eveng we went to a party at the Koudriaffsky’s wh was very dull. | |
