17 February 1875 — Madrid | |
Wednesday. 17th February [1875]. Copied for Henry till Breakfast & afterwards painted. Mr Zulueta called to take leave as he goes as secy, to England. Lindstrand called also Clarita, who was out for the 1st time since her illness, & her niece. At 3 I went out & took Emilia with me; it was a bad Madrid day, very high wind with dust. Louise came to see me. After dinner we walked to the Bauers the wind was very high going there. | |
