Monday. 22nd [March 1875]. Painted & Esquivel came to give me lesson as he will not be able to come tomorrow. Clarita called. The messenger went off to England & I sent by him the jacket I have made for Blanche’s trousseau. A few people came in the eveng but not many on acct of its being Holy Week. | |
