24 April 1875 — Madrid | |
Saturday. 24th [April 1875]. I painted in the morng. Koudriaffsky called also Miss Bentley. At 4 I went out fetched Emilia & we went to the Atocha to see the King & Infanta go there & then we took a turn in the Retiro. Maffei called late so we invited him to stop & dine with us wh he did. | |
