14 June 1875 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 14th [June 1875]. We went to the Lido but only Henry bathed. We had a great many visits today viz from Barozzi, El Marques de la Romana, (the Malcolms took me to Botanicals to get more plants) & Mme Marcello who was in town for a few hours.) We dined at 6.30 & after went to the Piazza. | |
