3 August 1875 — Paris | |
Tuesday. 3rd August [1875]. Left Paris by 9.30 train but I had a dreadful sick headache & was very ill all the way till I got on board the steamer at Boulogne when I began to get better. Traveled with the Duff Gordons & from Folkestone to Tunbridge with Mrs Dalrymple & Virginia. Got to town soon after 7. The Mr & S met us. Connie came to see me in the eveng after I had gone to bed wh I did early. | |
