26 December 1875 — Madrid | |
Sunday. 26th December [1875]. I played the organ again at church. In the afternoon we walked & called on Mme de Canelaux whom we found in. The Riaños & Mr Sartoris dined with us in the eveng & just as they were going the Messenger arrived from England with despatches. | |
