Wednesday. 24th [May 1876]. Went out walking with the Consul. At 4 we went to the steamer to go to Marseilles. We had a splendidly calm passage. I was able to dine below & write letters afterwards on deck. Went early to my cabin where I had a berth up at the top & Henry below. | |
