5 August 1876 — Blackheath | |
Saturday. 5th [August 1876]. Henry went to town abt 11. At 12. Fred, Hill & I went up to Waterloo junction & I waited for Henry to join me & he & I went by 2.15 train to Canford. Arrived ½ hour late abt 6. Had tea. Found Adeline & Blanche & Edward staying there. After dinner long talk with Ivor in the hall. Just as we were going to bed Mr Clark arrived. | |
