16 October 1876 — Madrid | |
Monday. 16th [October 1876]. The Dean & Mr Williamson left by 8 o’cl train. I wrote & worked. At 3.30 drove out to the Gallery to fetch Henry & we left some cards & came home to tea. M. & Mme Belle called also Sedorovitch & Srs Albareda & Valera. I was tired & went early to bed. | |
