9 March 1877 — Madrid | |
Friday. 9th [March 1877]. Did not go out. Practised guitar. Emilia came in the afternoon. I sent the carriage for her after it had taken Hatzfeldt and Henry to Canovas. Emilia & I worked at the guide till abt 6 when Mme & 2 Mlle Rabagos called– Emilia left with them & returned to dine with us. After dinner she & I returned to work at the Guide. | |
