12 August 1877 — Therapia | |
Sunday. 12th [August 1877]. Had service in the Orangery & both the Helicon & Antelope crews came. Mrs Henry & W. Hanson & children came to church– Miss Boyd & I sat in the grove & made bandages till lunch. After lunch I returned to the work & Miss Boyd went out to pay visits. The Embassy Major de Winton & Capt. Wingfield dined with us & we made bandages after dinner. Gave Mr Wrench 500 bandages to send to Philippopolis. | |
