15 August 1877 — Therapia | |
Wednesday. 15th [August 1877]. Blowing hard—heavy showers. Messenger left. Worked at sheets all the morning. Practised songs & guitar in afternoon. Henry, Miss Boyd & I were going out riding at 4 but the rain came down & stopped us. We went out in the garden. Miss B took a walk with Major de Winton. Ct Pisani dined with us in the eveng. Mr Elliot, Ken, Leveson Gower came & we made 50 bandages by bed time. | |
