1 September 1877 — Therapia | |
Saturday. 1st September [1877]. Worked hard. Mr Fawcett came as usual to cut out. Marco Pasha called—& Mr Young came to say he was sailing for Varna tomorrow & to ask for bandages. The Parinis came to work & we went to the Grove. Mme & Mlle Ballazzi called & sat & worked with us. Mr Gribble came down to stay as Mr Thompson is ill & cannot do the service tomorrow. Mr Smijth & Le. Gower dined. | |
