Sunday. 28th [April 1878]. Jerry & I unpacked & arranged my boudoir. After lunch M. Fournier called to tell Henry Genl Todleben had come & the Grand D. was going away. Henry & I walked in the garden. We dined quite alone in my boudoir & sat in Henry’s study after. | |
