3 July 1878 — Therapia | |
Wednesday. 3rd July [1878]. Wrote for the post. Mr Rassam left for England. It was very hot. Sat in all day with “the M” working. Henry went off to see the Sultan in the afternoon & was home very late so we had to sit down to dinner without him. Mr Mallet dined with us. Henry & Mr Sandison came in just as we were finishing dinner. | |
