10 December 1878 — Constantinople | |
Tuesday. 10th [December 1878]. Worked in morng. Played tennis afternoon. Recd visits at 5. May & I arranged red drawing room. May went to dine with Lady Dickson. Mr & Mrs Brassey dined with us & Mr Ashburnham. The Genl had got a great dinner at his club & we cd get no one else to dine with us. | |
