7 August 1879 — Therapia | |
Thursday. 7th [August 1879]. Alice had a Greek lesson. B & I practised singing. Dr Dickson lunched with us. In the afternoon all our party took a long ride. I sat in the garden & had visits from Genl. Dickson & Mme Bartholeyus. Mr Wallace dined with us & in the eveng Blanche sang to him & he translated a Russian song for her. | |
