11 May 1880 — Therapia | |
Tuesday. 11th May [1880]. Wrote letters & copied for Henry. Post & messenger left. Mrs Walker came to give me a lesson in painting. Emily came & stood for me to sketch in the costume of the Circassian girl. I painted at it almost all day & went & sat in the garden afterwards & it was nice & warm. | |
