19 June 1882 — Syltebo, Romsdalsfjord | |
Monday. 19th June [1882]. Unpacked & had a busy morning with Hill & Monty arranging stores &c. We breakfasted at 10 & dined at 4. Monty put me a rod ready & I went down to the bank with him & cast for a while. Henry went out fishing—lost a fish thro’ his fly breaking. Ld Rowton caught a 23 lb. fish. I went out sea fishing with Ld R. after dinner & we caught very few whiting. Supper at 10. | |
