21 April 1884 — Inwood, Henstridge, Somerset | |
Monday. 21st April [1884]. Left Inwood by 12 train for Blandford with Luff. We went to lunch with Luff at the Old House. Had a capital & copious meal & looked over Luff curiosities & then walked to the station to go by train to Bournemouth. Luff & his son went as far as Wimborne with us. We got to Branksome Dene about 4 & found Cornelia at home but Ivor was away for the day at Canford. We dined at 8 & went to bed early. | |
