15 December 1884 — Milton Court, nr. Dorking, Surrey | |
Monday. 15th December [1884]. Drove in the poney carriage with Mrs Rate to the Nursery garden to choose plants. Lunch at 2. Left Milton by 3.40 train & took Mrs Rate up to town with us. We went home & she with us & we dined at 7 & then Henry & she went to the Monday Pop Concert. I remained at home & wrote letters. Henry came early; read aloud to him. | |
