29 November 1885 — Paris | |
Sunday. 29th [November 1885]. Dacre fetched me at 10.30 & we walked to church together. Did not stay for the sermon. Dacre lunched with us. I wrote letters in the afternoon. Henry & Dacre went for a walk & were soon driven in by the rain. It was very hot. Henry & I went to dine at the Weisweillers. They were quite alone. The Baron W. has grown old & gouty. | |
