19 April 1886 — 1 Queen Anne Street
Monday. 19th [April 1886]. Wrote &c. Mrs Willy Hanson came to see me & we went together to Paddington St to help to give out the People’s dinners & had 204 altogether. Maria was also there. Mrs Willy lunched with us & drove out with Henry & me afterwards. We left Henry at the Nat: Gallery & I took Mrs Hanson to her abode in Ebury St. I was on my way to see Connie when I passed her driving & we stopped & spoke, she told me Blanche was sitting to Mr Vigor & asked me to go there & go on afterwards to tea with her so I drove to Glebe Place. Found Blanche there & sent away my carriage. I remained there till 5 when B & I took a hansom & went to Onslow Place, had tea with Connie & then went home in a hansom. Mr Burton was there & examined my toe nail wh has grown in & hurts me. We dined with Maria 25 Pk Crescent & met Edgar, Blanche & Edward, Mr Wylde & our brother Arthur.
