29 July 1886 — Syltebo, Romsdalsfjord | |
Thursday. 29th [July 1886]. I fished L. Gredhus in morning before breakfast. Got nothing but saw an enormous salmon jump. I accompanied Edgar to Haande & watched him fish. He got 12 trout & a grilse. I fished from the bank 0 & climbed about to get flowers. We got home for 7 o’cl dinner. Fished bridge in evening & lost trout. Henry got 25 lb. salmon at Kiespool at night. | |
