30 July 1886 — Syltebo, Romsdalsfjord | |
Friday. 30th [July 1886]. Fine weather but cloudy. I fished Lower Gredhus after breakfast 0. Edgar & Fred went to the Lake. I went to the bridge with Henry & fished with fly & spoon 0. Carved in afternoon. Cribbage with Henry after 5 tea. Dined 7. I went with Thorwald to Friswold & fished down Kiespool & Poolen & got 3 lb. trout at latter & hooked & lost another. Bed 12. Lovely night. | |
