10 November 1886 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Wednesday. 10th [November 1886]. I went to the Gallery to paint & did not go out again. Mrs Ross arrived from Florence to stay with us. Mr St Leger & Katie Bagot came to tea & later Mrs Eden called. At 5.30 our guitar lesson began but I could not join it as Princess Adini Windischgrätz & Css Olga Mocenigo came & stayed some time. I had a short lesson when they were gone. | |
