15 November 1886 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 15th November [1886]. A thick white fog all day. Mrs Ross kept her bed with a slight attack of bronchitis. I copied for Henry & sat & talked with Lady Bagot. After lunch Leilah & I had our guitar lesson—Idita did not come. Sat with Mrs Ross afterwards till Katie Bagot & Edith Bronson called. Had tea in drawing room & Mrs Ross came up being better. | |
