14 December 1886 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Tuesday. 14th [December 1886]. I & Edgar went to the Edens in the morning & I had another lesson in fly tying. I had a headache & had to lie on the sofa all the afternoon in order to be able to go to the French play to see “Niniche”– Not a very first rate company—but a full house & the farce tho’ broad farcical. | |
