Wednesday. 15th [December 1886]. I got up late. Miss Holas came about some work. I went out shopping with Carry Eden for Christmas pres: & then to her house to tea. We went to the French play & saw “Le fiacre No 117.” Amusing but very vulgar. Edgar went with us & was much amused. | |
