7 February 1887 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Monday. 7th [February 1887]. Unpacked & arranged things. Lunch at 1. Sir Wm Gregory came & he & Henry went off together to a Nat. Gallery meeting. I drove out at 3 & went to see Connie who was in bed with headache. Home to tea rather late as I went to see Mama & stayed some time with her. I met Hallam Murray at our door & found Alice waiting for me. We had tea– Later Maria came to see me having just arrived from the country. We dined with Blanche & met Mrs & Margie Rate. | |
