10 February 1887 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Thursday. 10th February [1887]. I took my lace cushion & went off to Langham House & sat with Kitty who was still in bed. Ola came there & I brought her back with me to lunch & she drove out with me. Susan Hambro came also to lunch. I came in abt 4 not feeling very well—& after tea rested in my room. Maria came there & sat with me till dressing time. We dined with the Gregorys & met Sir F. Burton, Mrs & Miss Dolly Tennant, Mr Mitchell Henry, Miss Mary Robinson (authoress), Mr Beadle a rising young artist & Mr Sydney Colvin the art critic. | |
