Wednesday. 28th [March 1888]. A hard morning’s work to change my room from the red room to our own blue room & arrange the red room for the Hallam Murrays & have the little winter dining room next door transformed as is its wont into a bed room for Annie Murray, Hallam’s sister. They arrived from Milan just in time for dinner. Ola was in bed & we took them at once to see her. | |
