Wednesday. 13th February [1889]. Better but stayed in bed for breakfast & when I got up modelled. Henry had a meeting of the church building committee & proposed that a guarantee should be signed for the Bishop of London if the building in the Campo S. Vio is bought. One & all refused to sign a guarantee & the whole thing seems to be tottering. | |
