10 June 1889 — Motcombe House, nr. Shaftesbury, Dorset | |
Monday. 10th June [1889]. Had a violent headache & remained in bed all day. Dr Wiblin left. Merthyr came & sat some time in my room. I got better towards 5 & got up, put on a dressing gown & went to the microscope room where I had some tea under the care of Goodie. | |
