Friday. 5th [July 1889]. We died with Mrs Kay & Mrs Drummond & met Sir A. Otway, Mr Kegan Paul, Lord & Lady Monkswell, Mrs Ralph Dutton &c &c. We expected a small intimate party & were disappointed. | |
