6 August 1889 — Lucerne | |
Tuesday. 6th August [1889]. Busy morning packing. Walked out with the young people after luncheon shopping &c. Visit from Sir C. & Lady Wade who are staying here at the “Cygne.” Left Lucerne by 4.50 train & went to Zurich to H. Bauer au Lac, very good hotel. I was not feeling very well. | |
