Tuesday. 20th August [1889]. Read aloud to the girls & finished Marino Faliero. Stormy—& hot– It rained & there was a thunderstorm at night. Malcolm telegraphed for Dacre & the girls to go tomorrow to Belluno & taking the train for Feltre to meet him there. | |
