Wednesday. 21st [August 1889]. Dacre & the girls went off at 9 this morning, fine day. Read aloud Life of Marie Antoinette to Henry in French by Yoré. Took a turn in the garden after tea & arranged flowers. Henry did not walk having grazed the skin on his shin. Patience in eveng. | |
