11 January 1890 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Saturday. 11th [January 1890]. Headachy & stayed in bed till lunch. Eda & Ola went to choir practise in the morning & afternoon Eda & I cut out & arranged a bodice for her. Read aloud to Henry & as I was not feeling well went to bed directly after dinner. I found I had a touch of influenza from Annie the cook also had to take to her bed again with it. | |
