26 April 1890 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Saturday. 26th [April 1890]. Mr Murray having lent me a copy of Gozzi’s memoirs I went to work to colour my fan taken from the illustrations in the book. But was interrupted by a black fog—I remained in all day & worked. Henry went out with Ola. Abt 6 had a visit from Carry Somes & Fanny Layard & went with them to see my mother. Dined at home. | |
