Sunday. 27th [April 1890]. Headachy & did not go to church. My brother Monty & Nelly came to luncheon– little Bertie Ponsonby came to tea with me– Mr Sheppard called to talk about Annie’s brother & we talked to him abt his schooling. My brother Arthur came to dine & brought Count Leyden with him. Secy of German Embassy. A nice man. | |
