13 December 1891 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Sunday. 13th December [1891]. Went to church in the morng with Ruth. Walked on Piazza with Henry & Maria in afternoon– Css Marcello came to tea– Maria & I went to the eveng service at 7 at the Sailor’s Institute. There were abt 10 sailors there. Got home just at 8 & found the Belmondos & Cariatis arrived to dine with us– The Prince returned from Mayence this eveng having left little Arthur at his school. | |
