Saturday. 12th [December 1891]. Aimée came to see me in the morng. I finished the jewelled bag. Maria & the girls returned from Vescovana abt 2 o’clock. Henry took Aimée, Maria & me to the Theatre Rossini to hear the Cavelleria Rusticana– It is very well done & the prima donna Parboni does it very well. | |
