5 July 1892 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Tuesday. 5th July [1892]. In the morning I went to see Blanche & have a chat with her; on my return I found Elizabeth Bertie waiting to see me. She did not stay long. Mr & Mrs Curtis of Venice came to lunch with us. We lent our carriage this morning to Mr Bulnois’ committee to take voters to the poll. It rained a good deal. After lunch I went in a cab to Mme Rigal’s to try on a dress. Merthyr came to sleep here. | |
