14 July 1892 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Thursday. 14th July [1892]. Merthyr & Theo left us & returned to Inwood. Henry & I went by train to Marlow to lunch with Mr & Mrs C. Murray—in order that we might see where our late cook Annie & her husband are– She as cook he as gardener. It is a very pretty place but Annie is not happy there & sighs to get away. We dined with Mr & Mrs Benson quite alone– | |
